Default 2003 accent body kit

im a new owner of hyundai just bought a 2003 accent and i was wondering if anyone new where i can purchase a body kit for it, or will a 2002 body kit work?

hmmm... you could probably use the side skirts. Since your headlights are so different the front bumper would need some pretty big modifications.

since its such a new model, there isnt a whole lot of aftermarket support for it yet. wait a few months and i am sure you will start to see some companies carrying stuff (body kits etc) for your car

He could get rid of the grill and put mesh in. I, for one, hate the looks of the 2003 grill.

i guess i'll just have to sit tight and see what comes out. i agree with you about the grill and ill look into changing it to mesh. im open and willing to any suggestions that i can do to my car, i have the money and the time to do just about anything so if you have any ideas please let me know

Mad Hatter you ride looks tight, and I agree about the grille for the 2003 but if they make a sweet enough kit for one I might have to ditch the 96 GT and get me oneirate:

i talked with a buddy of mine that works in an autobody shop and has lots of connections around town with all the shops and he says he could build me a body kit no problem, i told him i want it as unique as possible so i'll have to wait and see what he can come up with. when its done and on my car ill post some pics, heres hoping it turns out good

yeah man, my accent is from 2001 and there still isnt anything for MY car, lol

i got the cf hood for it and there are what? 6 kits all for very expensive prices? no engine mods worth anything, uhh, i wish i bought a tiburon.

Well, I can say for sure that the 2002 LC Accent Side Skirts will not fit onto the new 2003 LC2 Accent.

The good news is that there is not too much of a difference, so it will not be too hard to modify a set from the LC Accent to fit.

The new Accent WRC 3.5 is due to hit the dirt at Rally NZ on 10-13 April, so maybe a new kit based on this rally car will be available soon.....
