you need to get a short muffler with your kit. Im just not going to mess with my exaust until i figure out what im doing with the engine situation....

You should just get one custom fabricated.... catback and all

yeah, if you want performance . . . get the full cat-back. i suggest getting the kore system. i am very pleased with mine, as i know skierd is as well. it is pretty loud, nice deep tone, noticable hp gains.

dynamax and magnaflow will flow the best but i like the semi-muffled tone of flowmasters. still agressive sounding and a performance gain for sure but not quite AS much as a straight muffler w/o baffles.

your performance is gained more through the type and style of piping used as much if not more than the muffler you use.

make sure it is MANDREL BENT STEEL and the same size as your header and muffler inlets/outlets.

I suggest the KORE exhuast too. It is loud, but not obnoxious, but it will set off car alarms...:hmmm:

Any idea what the HP/TQ gains would be with a decent cat-back system on a 1.6?
