Default Springs for 2k+ Accent, where etc. please unconfuse

OK ive been reading for a while and have been confused:

1. who sells springs for the 2k+ accents , what brands to look for that make them.

2. Ive heard of other years fitting on the 2k+ accents , what years are these?

Thanks..

People that make springs for the 2K+

Eibach
B&G
Inthrax
Whiteline
H&R
Fast springs
Sprint Springs
Sharkracing Springs

To answer your second question.

The springs off the last generation X3 accent will fit the LC also. But, the LC is heavier so you will get more of a drop if you use the springs for the early generation. I suggest that you get the ones that are made for the LC. This way you get the best handling.

As far as what springs to go with I would say Eibach, they are the best spring. The other springs that i had listed are not bad either. They will give you a bigger drop that the eibachs. It comes down to what you want

We have Eibach and whiteline here in the store http://shop.hyundaiperformance.com/

I bought the Shark Racing 2.0 in for my 01 Accent. I wanted them to be stiffer (than they already are) but I am happy with them. *I suppose it would help to buy gas struts*
And like he said, the older accent springs will fit, but I wouldn't suggest it either.

NOTE: It is not cool to cut your original springs to lower the car.:sleepy:

I have the X3 eibach springs on my 2001, and I love em. The drop is great and handling is a LOT better. Ride gets harsh over sucky pavement, but other than that its very smooth, esp with new struts (I used KYB GR-2).

The overall drop is about 1.2 - 1.5. Eibach springs really don't settle. Go to my profile to see a pic.

I also used the Eibach 98-99 Accent springs. The weight difference is under 200lbs, not a big deal. The 98-99 springs settle about 1/2 of an inch lower. I think my drop was an even 2" in the front.
