What do you mean by dash? You mean the entire dash (from driver's door to passenger's door)? Or do you mean the bezel that surrounds the radio and climate controls?

I guarantee you this is not easy. You would have to pull the steering column shaft (I suggest removing the entire thing), pull all of the instrument cluster out, disconnect the center bezel connections, and undoing what screws/bolts holding it in.
Body (Interior & Exterior) (38)
-Console & Interior Trim
--Crash Pad
---REMOVAL AND INSTALLTION
8D
P.S. Remember to disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal and let the car sit for about 20 minutes. This will help in disabling the air bags and -help- prevent accidental triggering.
P.P.S. After the air bags have been removed, DO NOT reconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. Reconnect the battery only after the air bags have been reinstalled and the connectors have been connected securely. Doing otherewise may trigger the air bag indicator light which will call for a trip to a dealer to reset the air bag system. NOTE: Resetting of the air bag system is NOT covered under warranty, and, I believe, most dealerships charge a minimum of $75 for this service.

EDIT: I'm an idiot and didn't realize this was in the Accent threads, my bad, Maybe it will still help???
Well I pulled out my Crash Pad about 4 months ago, and just put it back in about 2 months ago. It's a B!tch for sure. Just take off the dash, dont take off the wheel, just take out the covers around it (3 screws) then the metal plate (two bolts) and then take off the column. (two bolts by the wheel, two farther down, one that connects to the joint) Then unscrew the gauges (4 screws)
THEN CAREFULLY POP OUT THE TWEETER COVERS AND GET THOSE BOLTS (TWO).
Then find all the obvious bolts (4 or 6 bolts???) get a friend and rock that b!tch out.
