Default New to Hyundai

I've always wanted a honda but never have had enough money, I just bought a 1996 hyundai accent for 575.00 dollars, it needs a paint job and a little bit of work but its running and is worth it.

Welcome to the forums and to the Hyundai World. 8D

Wow you got the car for a really low price.
How does it run?
Do you know what model it is?
What colour is it?
What are you plans?

If you look around the forums, you'll read some pretty cool stuff. Check out the newbie forums for some basic questions and rules.

You should list your car in your profile.

By going to "Edit Profile", you can add a car so that it is displayed under your user name. You can also add pictures to you profile so that people can see your car.

Also, you can add an avatar from the collection provided or add a custom one of your own.

Welcome to the site and happy tuning. 8D

Sweet deal man...sometimes I wish I had bought an X3 (that's the chassis code that refers to the model car you have) instead of an LC (the chasis code for the car I got...check to the left for that).

However, while wishing that I just slap myself in the face. I like my car alot.

Finally...welcome to HP! Most people here will say that this is a good resrouce...and it is. But there are other compaines out there that cater to Hyundai as well.

Happy moddin!

It looks good from a distance.

A lot can be done to the Accent.

I have done quite a bit to my car as well.

I decided to add what you can't see:

CD player with high power amp and sub
Short ram CAI

I plan on lowering it one of these days. I want to get different rims for it; the rims I currently have stick out further than I want and when I do lower it, the edge of the tire probably would ride against the lip on the quarter panel if I load the rear end with people.

I find the 4 door more useful than the 2 door.
