Default 15x7 rims on a accent

Will 15x7" rims rub with 195/50-15 tires on an lc accent? I want to put the OZ Superleggas on my car and don't want them to rub. OR, do you think I should just get some Konig Heliums in bronze at 6.5" I don't want to have to roll my fenders or modify them in any way either.

You should be fine with those size tires, it only starts scrubbing when you get to the 16-17 inches.

Didn't you just buy John's rims?

I think 7" wide is just on the edge of having to modify for them to fit. If you want to be safe and not want to roll fenders and such, go with 6.5" rims. If you go over 7.5" you will definately have to modify.

PDM is located near me in Coquitlam, B.C. so shipping may be costly.

Ha, deecided to copy me: well at least my heliums will be silver.

The 6.5" will not give you any problems. I will let you know how they work on mine when i get them installed next week. The only difference is my car is lowered and you are stock. You gave a better chance of the rims rubbing on stock springs, since they are very soft.

I have 15 by 7's on my Accent GL with a stock suspension setup. I have a 150 pound speaker/box in the trunk, plus the accessories that came with the car. I do get a little rubbing under hard cornering, and with my sons in the back, I found it rubs a lot more than I want. I temporarily added a spacer below the spring (a ring that sets between the spring and strut plate; it is anchored to both the strut and spring so they can't shift) in the rear to keep the rear end fron rubbing. I think if I put aftermarket springs that are stiffer, then rubbing won't be as bad.
