MOVED: Where is the horn locted on the engine?

We have a '99 Elantra Wagon with a horn that stopped working. The fuse is okay and I wanted to check the wiring on the horn. Does anyone know where the horn is located?

I believe it's located behind and below the left/driver's side headlight, in behind the bumper. I think you can get it out by removing the turn signal housing.
