Default Cooling System Upgrades.....

Hey Guys, What's Up?
Got a bit of a brain quencher. Does any of my fellow early Hyundai drivers know anybody that makes upgrades cooling systems. I need to replace my radiator and fan any would like to upgrade it, as it sucks. I only have one fan right now and believe me its dont do its job at all. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how this would work on your Hyundai, but on my Turbo Sunbird I connected a manual cooling fan override switch. This way, I can turn the cooling fan on whenever I want to. And the great part is that if I forget to turn it on, the computer still can turn it on and off at the factory temps.

I just ran a switched hot wire from inside the fuse box to a switch, then to the relay that controls the fan. This modification allows me to keep engine temps down to around 180 degrees in the summer instead of 210-220 degrees!!!

I think you will see considerable improvements in cooling if you swap in the rad. & fan from a Series II Scoupe (`93-`95).
Cheers, Nick.:
