BodyKits for accent

i hope that you'll understand what im trying to ask because my english is not so good.

are there any TUV certifications (Association for Technical Inspection) with the tuning parts maybe frontbumber from clubgtr that i can buy??

or maybe a paper about the frontbumper or altezza lights or lower springs that the part is inspected and will fit on the accent!?

here in germany we need that paper about the tuning part.we must present the modified car by a technican.he will insepect for example the frontbumper and take a look on the paper where stands that the bumper fit on the accent.then its allowed to drive with it on the road!without that you have to pay a fine to the cops

you know what i mean???

i want to buy the altezza lights and a bodykit for my accent but if there is no paper about the parts its not allowed here in germany.:depressed: :depressed:
