Default Anyone have Blue Headlight bulbs

I was going to change my headlight bulbs in my 2002 accent GL. I bought the blue tinted bulbs that are street legal. The guy at the dealership said that the headlamps could blow and I would have to purchase the whole thing. He also said that it could work perfectly. I want to know if anyone has messed up there headlamps and anyone that uses the bulbs and how long they have used them. He said that the headlamp wouldn't be covered under my warranty.

I have the plasma bulbs in my 01 Accent for a year. So far, they have worked without any problems.

are you talking about the ones that you get at like wal-mart....they are 9003SB (SuperBlue)....

I've had them for months upon months, not a problem....

I've got accents in my headlamps that make 'em glow blue at night when the headlamps aren't on.

I had a problem with the sr hyper whites. One of them blew and took out a bunch of my fuses with it. It took me forever to get all of them found and replaced. I also ordered some from Pepboys and they blew within a year. Now i just have the stockers in cause they match my turn signal bulbs the best.

yeah, i have been running aftermarket bulbs for almost 2 years now. Had 1 blow on me, but the glass of the bulb didn't shatter. make sure when you install them, you dont touch the glass with your fingers.

I should be also replacing my fog light bulbs this weekend
