Default CAI vs. Short Ram Intake

Curious as to the performance gains between the short ram and a standard (21-23") length CAI.

Any thoughts?

Thanx

Thanx, I was thinking the same way, yet looking at other peoples cars - including the pix of yours on your site - it appears tho short ram is definitely something to consider, but doesn't that draw only engine bay temp air at idle and low speed?uzzled:uzzled:

i didnt notice much difference from when i had just filter on the end of the maf ,then down in my fender well .my exhaust seems louder though(maby its just the sound of the air going through the piping on the cai ) but im sure its better for the engine getting the cold air.the engine seems to take a bit longer to come down to idle (stays at 1500 rpm for a few seconds )then comes down to normal .i did feel a big diference from the stock filter .
