Default Urgent please help

My buddy just bought a used 2000 hyundai accent gs

Well he has a chance to get 17 inch Mille Miglia Action that are sold on tire rack size 17X7 the car has not been lowered . they have 205/40/17 kumho tires. Will they rub? I'm new to the whole tires thing myself. Normally i take my car to Sam's and tell them to slap something on cheap LOL. A guy is selling 5 tires and rims for 1G has about 1000 miles on them. He doesnt like them. So please answer quickly so i can let my buddy know whether to buy them or not. BTW i did a search
