Default X3 guys, how much would u pay for modified-to-fit beta TBs?

Hey guys. In case you didn't know, throttle bodies from the beta engine can be modified to fit the 1.5L intake manifold. I know this works for the 1.5L sohc. I have no experience with the dohc, so I can;t be sure, but if it uses the same TB as the sohc (and I think it does) then it would work as well. Sorry 1.5L LC guys, does not apply to you.

Anyway, there is not much to it, but in all honesty you have to be a hardcore do-it-yourselfer to reap the benefits of this mod, because it involves grinding out the holes to make then fit. Also, you have to adjust the throttle cable, and postition the bracket so that it lines up properly. Also, one crankcase ventilation hose must be replaced at least with a breather filter.

So, what I am asking is, how much wouldyou be willing to pay for a beta throttle body that has already been custom-fitted for an x3 accent? I would also be willing to include the bolts and spacers needed to move the throttle cable bracket into proper alignment, and detailed instructions to help you with the rest of the install.

Even with all the work to the TB already done, it takes some sort of effort to install, and I don't think you could get a shop to do this for you. But for those of you who don't want to sit around gridning metal all day, testing fit, and grinding some more.. let me know what you think it's worth to you.

Well I know its not that hard. But believe it or not, there ARE people out there would would not spend their afternoons drilling out bolt holes on a throttlebody.

I'm not looking to rape people or anything.. I just get bored. Besides I figure I would make it easy on those guys who aren't so mechanically inclined.
