Adding Ac and power steering

I just bought 96 accent and it doesn't have AC or power steering. I was wondering if its a real pain in the butt to add the AC and get the dash apart and if it really worth it to add. On the power steering does the gear box have power steering ports that I can just add hoses and a pump or do I have to change the box out to.
