Well heres the deal. Accents are not and will not be fast fast. SO with 1000 Id go with Suspension upgrades. Springs/Struts/Swaybars(if they make them)/Strut bars. Will your car be faster? No, but it will handle like a 40,000 car instead of a 4,000 car.

Why would he get a pulley? HOnestly I think that is a waste of money for an Accent. The OEM pulley is just fine. Hell for a thousand you can almost get a new paint job! Its really just what you want to do and what you want out of that thousand.

actually im thinking of this now:
i got my kyb gr2 struts and shocks, both rear and fronts
im going to be ordering the coilovers off of madhatter to go with these
i already got new rear tires, and im going to get new front low profile tires next week
then i think im going to get it painted a dark blue, this paint job company in mississauga is having a special right now, instead of paying 600 dollars or so, its 300 at the most, because they're doing a promotion
ill prolly do that and then get clear lights all around,
plus get my intake and maybe exhaust if i can
