Default 2001 SOHC engine

I was just wondering if a 2001 SOHC engine 1.6l from an Accent would fit in my 97 Accent? And if so what if any mods?

you will end up putting just as much work into that project as you would doing a beta swap. and the beta swap from what I've read will make a much larger difference and be better off in the long run.
