need a new exhast on a '95 excel

Hello,
I have a Hyundai Excel, 95 model. I have a 2 inch straight through exhast. 3 inch hotdog, and a straight through muffler. This combination produces an extreme amount of power and noise. It has rusted out. So i am off to the garage to get something new.
What should i get? I want something that makes my car go just as fast but not as noisy. Can this be done. Do i have to sacrifice a little from column a for a little in column b?
