Excel Top End Problems

At around 60 the car will like idle high then low high then low until i like give it alot of gas.. i like have topunch it to get it to just cruise otherwise justlet off the gas.. i cant just sit on the pedal alil to stay at the speed itll just act like its toping out.:cry:

Does your car have a TPS, If so check to see if its off factory settings. Your car may be fouling the plugs at cruising speed. Check your plug gap, do you have the correct plug, heat range, & gap setting.
