I don't know about the LC, but front a front brake job on my x3 cost $600 with labour!! That was pads, rotors and one new caliper, cos the old one had seized, so obviously, it was a bit more than normal. But even my mechanic was surprised at how much it was.
Let us know how much it costs you...
I have a somewhat related question, how many km's are on your cars before the brakes go? I know it is all relative to how hard the car is driven, my car has 33,000kms and has been driven by me for 13,000 of that total, which means driven hard. My sister drove for the other part while I learned my lesson imposed by the police, anyway what sort of kms have you all gotten from the brakes on the LC?
The news is in Front pads Hyundai specials going for 62.80 here in the north cheaper than the Canadian Tire shit brand. Also They are premium not the standard brakes.
Damn brakes they are such a pain in the ass with that clip system also found a stripped bolt where the previous owner may have been doing some shit. appears I may need to rethread hole or even move up in bolt size.
