cheap horsepower
if most of your driving is around town eg:25ks from home try to reduce weight by taking out spare wheel ,jack, wheel brace, heavy books, and any thing else you got in the boot ,the old saying goes reduce weight by 10%will increase power by the 10% (power to weight ratio) and i hear you say what about a flat tyre ,if you think about it you lugg 50 kilos around all year and use more fuel to do ,so if any thing else happens to the car you cant fix it there and then anyway so a phone call for the spare and jack becomes easy.(mind you if i were going more than 100ks i would stick it back in the boot) also dont use 20w 50 oil it puts a massive drag on crankshaft , i use castrol magnatech 10w30 and it feels so responsive even when cold
