Default how do i get rid of my rev limiter

well, ive got a 05 accent gt. i hate this rev limiter. for those who dont know it will not let you go above 6500 rpm. i hate it. anyone know how to get rid of this? i know shark racing has one, but i dont think the price is worth it. if anyone knows please let me know. thanks

If all you have is a short ram intake, you do not need to go past the rev limiter. Going past it is just a good way to blow your engine.

even if you did managed to get your car to go past 6500..the engine will juast run out of breath and you won't be going any faster

you're gonna waste more time waiting for the car to hit 7000RPM

yeah hitting 7K will do you no good, unless you are heavily modded....infact i think the accent would do better around 6K...it tends to loose it self around 6500

Good cause if you decided to crack your ECU I would laugh at you cause we cant reprogram our ECUs cause Hyundai hates us.
