Default what should i do

i have a 02 1.6 accent
my check enl came on my mechanic told me it was the tps sensor
so we changed that..week later cel came on he said the tps sensor was defective..hyundai gave me another one..after installing this one cel still comes on and the car is idleing high..my mechanic says theres a bad wire in tps harness..after trying 30 junk yards cant find one..is it possible to find someone to slice into the bad wire...

The only thing i found out recently is that (ill say supposedly-spelling) the tps has a certain "torque" on the screws holding it onto the TB. Taking the sum***** off without some tool and setting it correctly faults it out. Just by a used TB from Toms motorsports on ebay for 50 US$ with free shipping and replace the whole unit-if that doesnt fix it send it back and you know you have other problems.
Someone give me a second opinion on this im quoting the only mechanic who tried to help me when my TB butterfly broke-.

thanks for the help...i did lose one of the screws and my mechanic said that screwed up the system some..besides that hyundai dealership here in miami has sent me 2 deffective tps,s so far....i guess you just cant win.....lol

You have to position the TPS sensor missing one of the screws woul dmake aligning it and holding it in place very difficult. Either replace the screw or go with Flury said. Also maybe start looking for a new machanic cause if you go through the trouble of replacing that harness you will probably not be happy if that isn't the problem.
