For a Hyundai Matrix / Lavita 1.6L AT, how do u boost its acceleration?

Anyone owns the same model? It is being described as a Mini MPV. In Asia, it is called Hyundai Matrix. Other parts of the world it is known as Hyundai Lavita. Any other name call, I'm not too sure tho...

Due to its big built, acceleration is such a drag.... I added in an aftermarket ecu and changed the extractor, but still, sigh.... It is a disappointment. Anyone knows wat else could be done to increase its power? The torque, speed.... Horsepower!!! I need more horsepower!!!
