Default struts??!?!

Heres the deal...replaced both rear struts...now 2 weeks later, Im noticing a puddle underneath the right left tire, and that strut is covered in fluid. How the hell do struts blow up within the first 2 weeks? unless its not the strut? I dont think its the brakes cause the fluid level hasnt changed at all, no loss of brake power either. GRRR! never buy monroes
