ok, so heres how i did it. i tore the flex pipe, as many know.
so i went to autozone picked up some 1.75 inch universal flexible exhaust repair kit. works great for a flex pipe. i had to buy muffler clamps too.
to do it, i got a saw-zaw. i have no idea how to spell it, bascally its a recipricating saw. so i cut about an half an inch from the back of the flex pipe, due to the o2 sensor. after that i had to remnove the down pipe(right after the catalytic converter) theres three bolts. remove them and then u have the broken flex pipe off. after this cut the entire thing off. i used a saw zaw again. but befor i could do this theres a heat shield on the pipe. to get this off since i dont have a torch or a cutter, i used a large screw driver and a hammer to break the welds. they break too, takes a little force but it will. after this i cut right above the two welds, so i could fit the flexible exhaust over it. then i used two clamps to go on the down pipe. then one for the back part of the exhaust. i needed to cut about 6 inches off the flexible pipe.
this isnt very hard, and its cheap. i will soon take some pics of the install. but i need to get a new camera. i threw mine out the window.
