Default LC brakes

are LC rotor's the hard type? or the soft type?

hard:longer lasting..resurfacable
softer:better braking..somewhat prone to warping..nto really unresurfacable..

i'm buying yet another set of front brake pad's and the fact that my car stop's from speed's over 80 MPH..

in other words..can stock rotors take the abuse?

I use OEM Hyundai Rotors on my car which I change after 3-4 sets of pads. Keep in mind I track the car alot so I change pads often.

Most oem rotors arent resurfacable also I dont suggest maching rotors.

Why would you not resurface an oem rotor? I have resurfaced my rotors 3 times and my drums once with no problems using the demo brake lathe at work.

Alot of OEM rotors these days are made not to be machined because they will become too thin.

Also I am just paranoid, I track all my cars and any slight imperfection (too thin, hair line crack etc) can cause sudden brake failure.

Most rotors have a minimum thickness stamped on the rotor somewere. Just need to check it with a micrometer after cutting to make sure your above that spec.
