Default need help on my evaporator please

hey guys, I have been trying to get my ac system working again and I took it in today to get it checked, the mechanic said it was the evaporator leaking. can anyone tell me what is needed to access this? do I need to remove the whole dash or something? does anyone have pictures? or is there an online reference manual or site? thanks for any help.

I just removed one out of an 01. I was in the process of removing the dash anyway so I am not 100% sure if it was necessary. It is however a major PITA to get to. It is located behind and maybe slightly to the left hand side of the glove box.
