really rough idling..help

my engine is still idling rough. i have changed the plugs and wires, new coils, TPS, MAF sensor, and cleaned the plate with carb cleaner. i went to an exaust shop to check for leaks but there werent any. it mostly idles the roughest when i fill up at the gas station. has any1 experienced rough idling on their accents? its a 2000

check to see if all your vacuum lines are hooked up, or if there is a leak.

First of all check idle air volume regulator, maybe it's sticking. You can try to clean it with carb cleaner.
