Default timing belt and water pump

hi out there im new to this site and have been trying to look around for tq spec on my 2001 hyundai accent 1.6 so that i can put my water pump and timing pullys back on can anyone help me?

Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, Catalytic Converter
Power Steering Belt, Battery (Twice), 12v Accessory plug, Front Right Wheel Bearing. 160,000 Mi. Will need another clutch put in soon (Release Bearing Issues).
