If you are hearing a click(?), the lights arent dimming, and the battery tests OK, then let someone else try hitting the key while you hit the starter. My accent sat for a year and after using it for a month started having starter issues. Had to keep tapping the starter to get it to turn. After a while it just stopped seizing. Havent had an issue since. Also, you have a clutch, make sure the clutch switch is operational. You can just unplug it and try to start your car without the clutch engaged. If it works, then the switch is bad, but that would be unlikely.
tl;dr : tap starter while trying to turn over the engine. check clutch engage switch, disconnect if possible.
