Anyone insterested? I might be getting one, but I think the front end of it needs to go, its not the prettiest. Anyone know anything about it?

I like the back tail light designs...

Other than that, it looks like my car with a "happy-hug-me" front end to it. The last time they did a bumper redesign(98-99) I rather liked the change quite abit. This time...I think they should of just left it alone.

Guess I'll wait 2 more years and see what the next TOTALLY redesigned Accent looks like

At the risk of offending, up until 99, I always thought the Accents looked like "chick" cars. When they did the redesign for 2000, it seemed like it had a more sporty look to it (kind of looks like a rounder version of the early-mid 90 BMW 325i). It's a fairly distinctive look.

The only opinion I can offer on the 03 accent is that it just looks plain. It almost looks like they're doing what Honda did with the Civics and Accords...
Make the Accent look like a smaller version of the Elantra.

i highly doubt we'll *miss out* imo its the best looking design they've had yet, and the interior/dash, ect kicks arse

Every board I have seen this car posted on seems to have one universal reply to it.

Accent owners 95-2k2 : We hate it.
Elantra and Tib owners : We Love it.

Pretty wierd

I think its because this new accent makes it looks even less like prior accents(thus making accent owners dislike it) and it looks more like a elantra or tib, thus the popularity over there.

MY .02, if its going to looke like a elantra or tib then give it the 2.0 ENGINE

I agree with you paige. Than we'll be closer to a WRC accent.
