Default the scoupe is gone

sunday september 8 2002 my 1991 red hyundai scoupe met its maker and if i wouldn't have reacted fast enough i would have been in the hospital with some major injuries. i was traveling down to my aunt's house to a family outing. i took the scenic route because it was nice and as i was driving and rounded a long corner i see on my right a 02 ram 1500 stopped at the end of a driveway and anothe ram pickup coming down the opposite lane. i watched the 02 and watching the driver and he had most of his attention on the other pickup because he was making a left on to the road. as the other pickup past the 02 driver didn't look to see if any other cars were comin and started pulling out and i had to avoid it fast. i braked hard and turned left we still made contact and i was pushed from the right side of the road to the left side guard rail and just stopped. as i collected myself i looked back and unbuckled my belt and icouldn't get out of the driverside because of the guardrail being there and the right side was unable to be open and it could be open with the jaws. when i got out and i looked at it and i walked to the back of the car and thought of how much i put in the car and i waited until all the police got everything. and i watch be towed away. i had contusions to my sternum, bruised my left hand, right elbow, and left lower thigh(last three were from the steering wheel.) i will post pics tommorrow and the insurance adjuster is coming to evaluate it. it was the '02's fault and i don't have to pay anything and i don't care about it i just miss the car and i can't fix it this time. i don't know what i'm getting and i am just distraught about it.

Sorry about the car. All that work and love and care put into doesn't relate to dollars.

Good to hear that you are alright. Good thing that the injuries weren't too serious.

Hope everything works out.
