2003 V6 Tiburon- Driving Impressions - Hyundai Performance Forums

Wanted to share my experiences with you guys. I am a DSM guy who finally got my hands on a New Tiburon. Hyundai of America gave us 2 cars to build. One is done and I am sure you will see a lot of it in coming months. We turbocharged the car and it is quite a showpiece. The second car will basically be a track car and before all the mods are done we took it to Willow Springs in CA. I had a ball beating up on Subarus and a lot of German cars. I will post pics soon. It was quite impressive to drive and made a lot of others wonder if it was stock or not. Of course it was stock. Now that we have some baseline info on the car we plan to refine it and work on the weaknesses. I cannot wait to take this car back to the track with mods like LSD, brakes (which I killed in about 6 laps), intake, exhaust and TIRES!

Any chance of Carbontrix making a CF A-pillar dual gauge pod for the '00-'01 Tib? OBX is selling one, but it's actually made for the '95-'98 Eclipse and doesn't fit very well.
