I'm not gonna read the article...so is it really a 50 million dollar oval? How could it possibly cost that much?

I believe it... the city of Phoenix is spending 2 million to "remodel" an intersection!

Woah, buddy, I know I spend hours on end on the internet, but I don't think I have an entire minute of time to "inform" myself on something that may or may not be useful information. That's a tad bit much to ask don't you think? Could you maybe summarize it for me, but don't make it too long, cause I'm just going to skim the summary anyway.

Basically Hyundai is going to build a vehicle test center for their cars. The facility will do research on the cars to develope them better. The 6.4mile oval will feature several different paved areas to simulate U.S. roadways, a vehicle dynamics testing center(basically a slalom and skid pad), also a hill and some more stuff. I don't know what the facility is really for..other than indoor testing and feedback and shit.

This is for high speed testing, right? Cause otherwise they couldn't they just use actual roads?
