looks like a mini Elantra GT.. I like hatchbacks.. I prefer them in everything but my sports cars. The ultimate compromise between being able to haul stuff, carry people, and still have a decent amount of ride and performance. Personally, I always thought the four door Accent's trunk was far too small... especially the opening

Yeah, I've always like the look of the 5-door over the Sedan. Like you said, the 5-doors have been available in Europe since 2000.

I definitely like the new HB accent. Has more style than the regular sedan.

This is a clear example of how diffrent moddels are avalibel around the world. The 5 and 3 door LC2 came out at the same time in 2003 here in the UK. Don't see why they do that?

After using a 5 door for a few days i would never go back to the 3 dr Accent. IMO the 5 door looks better and having 4 doors is a real convenient option when it is being used as a commuter car. So much more convenient if you have a car seat too.

in this case i would say the 5door fixes the one thing that annoyed me about the lc2. the 3dr looks like someone took a nicely designed front end/rear end and squished them together. always felt the car should be abit longer and the 5dr does that nicely. plus i feel all naustolgic when i look at it...my first hyundai ever was a 5dr 89 excel
