Another change of plans for the pony?

As some of you may know, I recently came about some information about possible engine interchanges within the pony lineup. I have found out that a 2.6L engine may fit into the pony! A little searching and I have found this:

I'm taking my 03-55 bellhousing and flywheel, and a measuring tape there today and... oh yeah if this shit fits it will provide me with enough power for now, and would be an excellent and cheap bridge to gap the inevitable 4.3L... which I cannot afford right now. Well I can, but I gotta start thinking about university and moving out, so this would be a perfect interim solution!

If not that then I can always use the 2.0

Starion motor? Go for it, I think it would be better than the 4.3L imo. If I remember right, the rwd 4g motors and that motor share the bellhousing pattern so it shouldnt be too hard of a swap... Get the turbo.
