Default I dunno how you guys do it... (new info)

... almost half the problems in maint+help are ECM and electrical related! I've NEVER had an electical problem on the pony, save for the stock speaker wires corroding to dust.

How do you guys do it? With new cars none the less... :dead:

I even got these tidbits off nissanforums...

very true...most of the repairs to my car have been electrical related. 2 Ignition modules, MAP sensor, and coolant fan sensor.

I've proved it over and over again. But for some, they'd rather believe otherwise... believe it when they see it. So be it!

Now they're getting jealous...

*suddenly, out of nowhere, the last remaining ponys are purchased and modded with inexpensive parts and labour and emerge superior to new cars in EVERY way! A new wave of fear and reliablilty sweeps the continent!*

Damn I can't wait till it gets warmer, and I have a weekend to put in the blue pony's motor into the shell I have. :

don't forget the recall on the alternators in all(?) hyundais for the alternator. this was back in 2001 i think? i never took mine in though because i never had any problems, and still haven't had any problems *knocks on wood*
:bandit:

*EDIT* recall on the alternators for the alternator? i'm leaving that mistake in there just for my own amusement. damn my redundant mind.

Pony alternators are indestructible bastards too! Too bad the pony alt. makes 55A... I want to know where I put the Stellar2 alternator I pulled from one of my parts cars... that one makes 70A.
