Default question about amp hook up to stock unit

How do you hook up your amp to your stock head unit without those new typically red and white cords on the back of the head unit

You have to buy an RCA preout kit to hook it up. Runs around $70 or so.

Funny you mention that. I just pulled out my Audio Control line out converters yesterday. $50 and you can have them. There one of the best on the market.

By the way, this should probably go in the "Sound and Security" forum.
