Default Class Action Law Suit

This is the email sent to me the other day:
Dear Hyundai car owner,

You may not know this, but Hyundai has cheated you into buying a
defective car whose engine hp figure is falesly inflated. You are
entitled to a full refund in addition to compensation. To get back at
Hyundai and secure your rights,do joint the big class suits against
it.

There are two big class suits being filed against Hyundai. The first
is the engine hp inflation suit. The second is the recall and
defects suit. More campaigns are being waged against Hyundai to get
it to refund and compensate Hyundai owners everywhere who have been
cheated into buying Hyundai cars whose engine hp, torque and
compression ratio figures are falsified and to recall over 4,000,000
defective cars it has knowingly sold in most countries and
compensate owners thereof.

According to Korean Ministry of Constuction&Transport(MOCT), over
500,000 Korean-made cars are recalled in Korea every year for
defects and safety reasons. Each and every model
is recalled at least once and some models are recalled 5 times.
View MOCT statement as published in English in the leading Korean
daily Chosun Ilbo:
www.chosun.com/w21data/html/news/200202/200202130154.html

-Hyundai is to recall over 160,000 cars in The U.S alone this year.
Refer to NHTSA data base or view story in daily Korea Times:
www.hankooki.com/kt_biz/200202/t2002020318282743110.htm

- Yet, Hyundai realizes record profits in 2001
View Chosun Ilbo:
www.chosun.com/w21data/html/news/200202/200202060323.html

- And is aiming to increase sales and exports for 2002
View Chosun Ilbo
www.chosun.com/w21data/html/news/200201/200201040176.html

Conclusions:

1)Hyundai recalls over 300,000 cars in Korea and 200,000 in the west
every year for safety and defects reasons. It has never done so in
the rest of the world. It follows that Hyundai must recall over
4,000,000 defective cars it has knowingly sold in third-world
countries.
2) Despite its defects and recall debacle, Hyundai is still able to
maximize its profits which it can attain through quality dumping,
false labeling, misleading advertising and hoax warranties.

Yeah..sounds like some scam to me because I've seen this type of letter around for quite some time now in other forums. The websites that's included in the letter seems too suspicious.

I'd agreed with most of y'all said and also I agreed with Veilsidetib00.....some hyundai haters...

REALITY CHECK TIME...

***EVERY MANUFACTURER HAS RECALLS FOR DEFECTS AND SAFETY***

Yes, it's true, Hyundai is not the only manufacturer on the planet who occasionally has a poorly designed seat-belt bracket or whatever. Somebody give the website where that letter came from a DOS or viral attack or something.

Yes, you.

This letter has been circling for quite sometime now and yes they are getting the e-mail adresses off the site. I know cause I had it sent to my e-mail for the site and I do not use it for anything except for official Hp business. You can chalk this letter up as bunk cause you would have been contacted in other ways besides e-mail such as snail-mail. In addition to that as long as this letter has been circling I have never seen anything in the news or anywhere else for that matter.
