Default Wheel bearing???

Has anyone had to replace a wheel bearing? Mine is making some noise and smells pretty bad after a drive.

I was wondering if any of you have had any experience with this and if you could let me know how much it is gonna cost me to replace.

I had to replace mine under warranty. The company that makes the bearing housiing did not put ehough grease in to properly lubricate the bearings, so they heat up go bad,.. or they crack and foreign material gets in and ruins the bearings. Make sure when they do replace , they repack and put more grease in,, If ai recall dorrectly, they all know about the bearings and the lack of grease(dealership[s)

Unfortunately I am out of the bumper to bumper warranty. Only the powertrain left.

I am gonna have to pay for this and I was wondering how much it was gonna set me back...

Or if anyone could tell me how to do it myself...

3 went out on my 97 Tib FX at the same time, the front 2 and the rear left. I was talking to my friend and I don't think you can do them yourself. I think mine where around $200.00 each
