Paint on the 2001 sonata

If yours is brilliant silver, look at it in the sun. you will see black spots in the doors, and quarter panels. if you see it take it to the dealer and complain. they will tell you that they will rebake it and rub aclchol on it. THIS DOESNT WORK

Why would that work? it's already baked on, the only way to change it now is to repaint.
