Default Towing with an Entourage

Anyone happen to know the Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR) for the 2007 or 2008 Entourage. I have spoken with the dealer service dept & Hyundai Customer Service and they did not have this information.

Thanks

About 2100 pounds. You also have to have a wiring unit that connects directly to the battery or the BCM turns off the rear tail light system.

cclngthr,

that sounds really low as the vehicle can tow a trailer up to 3500lbs with brakes & the Curb weight is 4400lbs.

On another group someone indicated the GCWR for an Entourage was around 8000-8500lbs. Not sure if that is correct??

Well, the Entourage's GVWR is 5898 lbs.

Max trailer weight is 1000 lbs.

I'm not sure if it's technically the GCWR but my math says it would be 6898 lbs.
