Default Has anybody in Oz seen a Pony?

And if you see a 1981 2 door hatch or a 1975 pickup, take pictures.

Better yet, steal the car in it's entirety and I promise a good recompensation. Its VERY easy to steal almost without breaking anything (just the steering column)

:embarrassed:

If I remember correctly, the first Hyundai available in Oz was a 1986 Excel (in WA), the only Hyundai that didn't require a catalytic converter here. So, I doubt we'll be seeing any Pony's here.

heh, the dealer ad I have states sales for a 1975 Pony pickup truck in new south wales... and your excels were cat exempt? Only the 1984-87 Pony and 1984-86 Stellars were cat exempt here, as far as I know.

It's been YEARS since I seen an X1 that old here... see more Ponys than them, even now.

Yes, well I suppose if I ever wanted a Pony truck i'd have to look into central america... or Africa.

Sorry, I meant the evaluation model was cat-exempt. All other X1's sold here were fitted with cats. Apologies for not being clear on that.
