Default MOD Chips?? Any1 got 1?

I have been looking to steel some more simple HP form my Lantra and have seen some UNI chips going on ebay for around the $100 mark. I would like to know if anybody from Australia has done an upgrade like this.

If not can any1 let me understand if it realy is simple or would a mod chip be very hard to install. I think I need to do this MOD cause when I had my extractors put on I lost HP and since have read that maby my ECU just can't use the extractors the way it should.

Any info please, will be welcome.

Bit late, but I have done some research on this in preperation for starting the mods on my own car. Basically, like oils ain't oils, extractors arn't extractors. The wrong extractor takes away power, dosn't just provide it. They have to be specifically designed for the car you are fitting them on, or exactly as you have said above happens.

I'm looking at the RPW 3 into one jobbies for my Tib.

Default

a lot of the ebay mod chips are just 3 cent transistors to put into a sensor to trick the ECU.
make sure you know that what you are getting isn't that scam.
