Default I just gotta tell someone.

OK I have decided to go with the King Springs Lows. They are 30 mm from standard and are progressive rate. I hope it works, and looks good. They are going on tomorrow afternoon with any luck I will post some pics of befor and after.

I am also getting my tyres tommorow. I have been paying them off for a couple of weeks now. They are Kumo ecsta KU31's 195/50/15's. I hope I get my HP back, plus heaps better traction. Should be able to give my 18sec quater a nudge in the faster direction.
The shocks will stay standard for now. I noticed I have monroe GT's on the front and just factorys at the back. I just can't wait. YAY

Default Re: I just gotta tell someone.

OK all went well. The Kumo's are fantastic. At first I was a little worried as when I left from the tyre place I rolled out of the driveway in first hit the bituman opened her up and spin, spin, spin. One week on though I feel like the car is realy grabing the road.

I think they must have just needed to be scrubed in. They are very comfortable though. It feels like you are rolling on .....um....silk? Also the king springs are on and the car looks arwsome. If I knew how to upload a picture here I would show you all.

There was an issue with the rear spring capture. The fix I used was just a second spring retainer on to of the existing 1. This took up 10mm and has made the car handle heaps better again. any way thanks for reading.
