I dont find they are. got a speeding ticket the other day and the rcmp officer told me to fight it and i wold prolly win so out of curiosity i approched a lawer about it and he said right now in Nova Scotia they raised the speeding fine and the legislation hasent passed yet but the price went up anyway therefore speeding tickets in the province of Nova Scotia are void untill the increase is passed so it woul just get thrown out so that saved me $217 cdn for speeding 8D

they can be. it depends where you are i guess. in my town they just eye you down as you cruse by with the sterio blasting exhaust pumping..... but as soon as a tire squeels... out comes the ticket book.

my friend got a ticket for burning out, then his exhaust, then his exhaust again, then his super bright clear corners... it was all in a week by the same cop. he thinks that the cop is out to get him or something.... i got pulled over for my headlights(there blue) but i pulled the old," i just bought my car new officer, they came with the car." it worked. but it might have just been the cop. i dunno.

irate:

i think that canadian cops are far more lazy and useless than they are assholes

... there are a lot of donut shops in Winnipeg specifically... :hmmm:

they converge at the one near my house rather often... it is losing its comic value :??:

Unfortunately, you can't talk to a photo radar ticket. I recently got a ticket for going 53 in a 40 zone. I seriously doubt a cop would have stopped me for that.

I've been pulled over 6 times, once for racing, never got a ticket.

word of advice in canada if your going to get pulled over, pull over in a public parking lot ie. gas station, hockey rink, shopping mall, there is some sort of loop hole they cant give you a ticket on someone elses property ?????? I dident believe it eather when a friend told me then i tryed it got pulled over for one head light, went into a hockey rink parking lot he also notised I had no seatbelt on and then gave me a verbal warning for the seat bealt and let me go :
