Yeah man... i'm in regina... the blizzard of 04 is in full effect here. Don't know about 'toon town but we're getting our asses kicked by old man winter. I have the white LC2 with clear bumper lights (just look for the ride without the ugly red and amber bumper lights and the gutter mesh grille) I'll be sporting my hp.com stickers as soon as they come in to order. Yo Kas. We should do a G2G this summer maybe talk to the guys at Broadview and see if they wanna host a Hyundai Sunday Funday or something. I live like 2 blocks from there so if you want i can do the dirty work. You got my email hit me up.

Y'odle folks. Well I hail from Saskatoon. Huzzah. Not too much to say though, picked up my 2000 Tib E.S. (yes, you read that properly - long story). As for what all has gone into it so far, AEM CAI, Sony deck, CompuStar, B&M Short throw shifter, Momo rip-off shift-knob, Broadway rear-view, Altezza tail's, and Hyundai shoulder shoulder-strap pads (tracked those down in Calgary this weekend!)

Anyhow, there ya go. That's my car, and woo...

Nice clean ride man. So what's the long story about the "ES?" Inquiring minds want to know.

So you want the E.S. story...

I go, buy the car. All is well... then I hear from one of my folks (who is one of the city's Justice of the Peace) that my name came up in a report... HUH!??!?!?! Why!??! Well here goes.

-The car was bought by person X (no clue, first owner)
-The car was in a small accident and they decided to trade it in for a 2003 model Tib
-The car was repaired and the S and E were flipped around by accident
-The car was then sent to the Adesa parking lot (who's security 'expert' is a fat pig btw), but it was moved to another lot to clear up room
-The proper people weren't told the car was moved so it was thought to have been stolen
-The insurance company came out searching for the car and couldn't find it since it was an S.E.... and this one had E.S. on the rear
-Finally things were cleared up MONTHS after it had originally happened (since which Meidl Honda bought the car & sold it to me)

Anyhow, I have the only Tib E.S. in the province... voila!

Well this is quite the story... I guess it would keep even the Tib guys guessing.

"Is that some rare model from overseas?"

You probably should do something retarded like switch it to right hand drive. Then the ES could stand for (wait for it... wait for it) English steering.

GOD! That's about the lamest thing i've ever said... sorry to make you guys read it.

I'm on ICQ most of the time. I've put in my request to authorize.

Yeah i know what you mean. I LOVE my accent. It's light, handles great and is super fun to drive. Sure it could use some more power but that'll come later when my warranty is gone TURBO! I hate when ppl are like "oh you have an accent? sux to be you. you should have bought a.. " insert civic SIR, golf GTI, or other overpriced out of the box subcompact" For those people i just nod and say "yeah" cuz really most of them know nothing about cars. Half of them don't even know there are aftermarket parts that you can put on your car to make it faster than those cars. Nothings cooler than having a sleeper IMO. Everyone knows a mustang GT is fast, but you can really make ppl feel stupid when they rev on you and you step on it and you're gone...
