Default Meets?

I think that we should have more meets like hyundai sunday around ontario. I live in Sarnia. Gladly willing to help organize some. With all of us living within a couple of hours of each other we should make more meets available. London, T.O., Burlington, The Hammer, Kitchener. We can make it to each others cities in no time. So lets try and get some more stuff together. I'm still a noob, but i'll do as much as i can. Would people be willing to drive to sarnia for a meet? Even guys from the states. Cross the border through port huron and your here.
This is all just an idea.......................
So lets hear your ideas.

me and probably Jed would be in too....thing is, when does it start getting too cold here? And when do people start storing their cars for winter? We would have to have one before all that, otherwise it'd have to wait till spring.

Well lets be serious here. Anywhere in Ontario really isn't that far. We are car enthusiasts. We like driving. Haha. But i do completely understand about it getting too cold. So we can decide when the last meet could be and try and get one together before then. If not, then we'll wait until the spring.

They don't have to be weekly/ monthly meets. Just something a little more often than once a year. I'm not really down with going to car meets with a bunch of ricers so that leaves me with well.........nothing. I'm just saying that we could use a little more variety. I mean i'm either in london or burlington every single weekend and it's not too far. I do realize that chances are we probably won't be able to have a meet until the spring. So i guess we should just plan a bit more for the new year.

Yeah hopefully we can make it til at least december before we get snow on the ground. In that case i guess we could have a "fall bash" of some sorts somewhere before the white stuff flys.
I don't know. I'm just tossing ideas out there.
Lets hear some of yours.
Cheers guys.
I'll smoke one for all of you later.:smoking:

i'm just saying that its hard enough to have people make it out to Hyundai Sunday every year with months of notice in advance so having another meet inbetween i wouldnt expect much of a turnout.. there will prolly just be a handful of the locals that show up and it won't be much of a meet unless we meet for a bit and actually do something..

Totally. I completely understand. It's true people do have a hard time getting together for "meets." I'm sure it's the same wherever you live with just a bunch of f**king riced out hondas chilling at your local spots. I've yet to find a crooked H kicking it around my parts. There is only one LC in my city with anything done to it at all. And he's a dick. There are a couple of tib's but they couldn't care less about the hyundai family.
Any of you guys around are more than welcome to stop by for beers or if you need a place to sleep. I can put about a dozen cars in my driveway and there is a parking lot across the road (also a bar). The offer is always open.
