YEAH, assuming they happened NOW at these miles!

Not all, but most of these "older car/high mileage" issues were not "older car/high mileage" issues as the car was NEW with LOW MILES on the odometer.

The ECM, brake wobble, fuel pump, and parking brake issues were low mileage basic design and quality issues even taking into the 100,000 mile warranty that draw me in the first time.

I was not, and am still not impressed with my "HYUNDAI EXPERIENCE" and doubt that if I were going to buy another "regular vehicle" I will buy another Hyundai.

After much arguing and getting Hyundai Consumer Affairs in a conference call with the dealer where they couldn't pull this "it's the other guys fault" crap and then they both blamed the distributor. I said 'fine, what's their number let's get them on the phone too". At that, they finally fixed my transmission. They tried to have me sign a waiver stating that if I didn't pay them $900+ to replace my clutch (again) that I was voiding my remaining warranty on my transmission. I told them my warranty is in writting and I will hold them to it for the life of the contract. Period.

So that's two years of having my transmission grinding and two clutches badly worn and they still won't fix whatever it is that is causing the problem. They won't even diagnose it.
