what a nice guy Richard is will you buy me one aswell ? and iv got seven spokes on at the minute . but im wanting some 18" five spokes like the kosei racers , but ive also seen some 19" five spoke real nice which are £2000 but the ride would be crap, just imagine the hassle it would be fitting them . and how many hyundai guys are going to donny this year? last year i went in my s coupe turbo but te engine blew on that !!!!

well like you said fitting 19 would make the ride almost unbarable but it could be done i think you could get over that problem with fitting a wide arch kit to your car but this would take alot of time and moneyas you would have to have it developed cause there aint none floating about right now i think. i think if you done this you would have a totally unique look buy i dont think you would be going places to quickly as the weight of those things would be emmence but once again there is a way around this problem too you could get the 6 spoke magnesium alloy 19's from wheel mainia which are just as heavy as a set of 16's but once again this will set you back around £2900-£3200 for the set. so two very expensive options but with two very appealing looks the choice is yours dude. i aint sure how many hyundais are gonna be there as this year will be the first time that i will attend this event i went to the openning of the crail thrash up here in scotland and it was wicked i saw a totally stripped out 2.ltr 16v nova with nos beat the hell out of a toyota supra 3.ltr twin turbo it was unbelievable the nova went on to do a 12.95 quarter mile at about 115 or something i think. but i hate novas i went for the mania jade 17's with 215 40 profile tires and i love them so think long and hard before you make your choice

i cant stand nova's they are boxes of SH!T and uglier than miss piggy ! anyway i know what your saying about the 19"s ill prob stick to 17"s then go on to 18"s cos think a wide arch kit would spoil the lines of my car . im getting my bodykit middle of march so hopefully ill have it done by the max power event at Skegness but my beast WILL be up and running at donny definatly!!! we should all meet up if were going to the crusie on the night .what do you think???

i am up for any cruise and think its a good idea to get a H group meet it will be wicked i think there should be roughly about 3-9 of us if we have a good turn out but i will definately make it. hey bad news i got my car lowered but the guy who was doing it lost the wheel locking nut key and so had to use his set to take it of but in the process he screwed the thread on the nut arm so i think i need a new hub now so thats sh*t news but part from that its all good. right i do think that you should stick with the 17's at least till you are completely ready to move upto 18's and also when you do it you will not really need to roll the arches but i think if you wanna comfy ride i would do it plus you would not damage the arches on each large dip or bump. i hear what your saying but i am planning to buy the veilside kit then my top guy is gonna make me a wide arch kit to match he has already made the moldings and i am aiming to slap the smug grins of those people who look down at our cars. very soon i will post a sketch on this forum showing what the kit will look like and was drawn by my girl friend who is studying art at edinburghs college of art which is really a uni. i have seen some of the rough drawings and i am totally excited, this baby is gonna be bad any way what type of kit are you getting and do you live in scotland wales england or ireland
